Shipping Terms and Time Limits for Purchases and Deliveries:
IMPORTANT, deliveries are made according to the following rules:

1) DELIVERIES WITH SCHEDULED DATE
Deliveries are scheduled for the date indicated, but there is no guarantee of the chosen time, even for Breakfast Baskets.


We will try whenever possible to prioritize delivery in the chosen period, but there is no guarantee for this period. And if delivery is not possible on the chosen DATE, we will contact the customer to find out if he still wants delivery on the following business day or if he wants to cancel it, with a full refund of the amount paid.

Note: On special dates such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Father's Day, etc., the route and delivery date is prioritized and not the preferred time chosen.

 

Deadlines for the validity of the chosen delivery date:

Purchases made from Monday to Friday until 5:00 pm may be delivered until the same day or any other date of your choice at any time;

Purchases made from Monday to Friday AFTER 5 pm may be delivered from the following day during Business Hours or Afternoon, or any other date of your choice at any time;

Purchases made on Saturdays until 12:00 can be delivered even on Saturday, Sunday or any other date of your choice;

Purchases made on Saturdays after 12:00 can be delivered only on the first Monday in the afternoon or any other date of your choice at any time;

 

2) DELIVERIES BY CARRIERS OR POST OFFICE

For these modalities, the indicated delivery date serves only as a reference, so that the product is posted in order to be delivered as close as possible to that date, considering the expected period presented by the system at the time of purchase. It is not possible to guarantee this delivery date or delivery time.

The customer can be provided with carrier tracking codes to track delivery.
